The Takara Jenny Fashion doll is a 10 and 1/2 inch vinyl doll with rooted hair and wire armature arms and legs. She has been in production since 1985 when Takara ended their licensing agreement with Mattel. Prior to 1985 Takara was producing the same doll as the Takara Barbie. Today the Takara Jenny and Licca dolls are the most popular dolls in Japan.
