Modeled after an abandoned pool called Kona by the locals, Del Mar Skate Ranch's beloved kidney-shaped bowl was a favorite of skaters far and wide. It was here that riders like Owen Neider and later Christian Hosoi and Tony Hawk worked out some of vert skating's more renowed aerials and tricks. Although Del Mar stayed open only nine years from its inception in 1978, Kona is remembered as one of skateboarding's last and greatest concrete bowls.
The Del Mar Pool Playset is scaled to fit all 96mm Tech Deck Fingerboards. The set includes:
