Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your can use the box the items arrived in, or your own box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, see Lost Packing Slip? below.
2. Prepare and place a shipping label to the outside of the box.
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.

Lost your Packing Slip?

If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it by submitting a request to us via email.

If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift and you do not have the packing slip, you can also return it by submissing a request to us via email. However, you will first need to get the order number from the person who purchased the gift for you.
