Is it in stock?We use an on-line inventory system that keeps track of items sold. If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart--it is in stock. We do not sell items we do not have in stock. We do not sell backordered items, or allow preorders. If you are paying by check or money order, your items ordered will be held for you for 7 business days pending arrival of your payment. We do not accept COD orders. If you would like to check on availability of items that are currently out of stock, please do send us an e-mail.
When We Charge Your Credit CardWe don't charge your credit card until we ship your order. If you've paid by check and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund check for the correct amount.
Order StatusYou will be notified by e-mail when your order is received, and when your order is shipped. You will also be notified if there will be any significant delays in processing your order. If you should need to check on the status of your order, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery before e-mailing us your order number to
orders@atamaii.comSatisfaction GuaranteeIf your merchandise is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us by email in order to get proper authorization and instructions. Returned items found to be defective must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging in order to be exchanged. We will then replace the defective merchandise. In case we can not replace the item we give you a full refund for the merchandise with the exception of shipping costs. Please also return a copy of the original invoice in order to process your exchange effectively.
Return & Exchange PolicyShipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges and refunds on all purchases must be made within 30 business days. Returned items must be in unopened and re-sale condition in order for a store credit or exchange. You are responsible for paying any and all return mail costs.
ShippingAtamaii Anime Toys provides you with fast, safe and reliable shipping. Most U.S. orders are shipped Postal Regular or Priority Mail (rush orders) or UPS Ground from Omaha, Nebraska and will be received within 3-10 days. We charge a minimum shipping fee per order. For shipping charges,

Most International orders are generally received within 1 week.
Sales Tax and DutiesAll Nebraska customers are charged state sales tax. Residents of Omaha, Nebraska pay an additional 1.5% International customers are responsible for any additional customer duties, charges, or tariffs applied at the time of delivery. All costs are in US currency.
Orders must be made by an adult, at least 18 years of age. We have the right to refuse or decline orders.
Change in OrdersAny requests for order changes please contact us by e-mail. Orders placed at different times cannot be combined into one order. (However, we will do our best to catch any multiple orders placed on the same day to save you shipping.)
