The live-action TV series H2O: Just Add Water is filmed on location at Australia's Sea World and other locations on the Australian Gold Coast. Three teen girls are facing typical teen issues except: they're mermaids with special powers.
The mermaids Emma, Cleo and Rikki are 16 year old and live near the beaches of Australia's Gold Coast. Following an adventure in a strange cave, the three girls find that once they touch water, they transform into mermaids. The girls also have supernatural powers over water; Emma can freeze water, Rikki can boil water and Cleo can manipulate the shape of water.
