1. This competition is offered by Atamaii.com and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees and agents of Atamaii.com and affiliated companies, and their family members of those employees are not eligible. By entering you signify that you are 16 years old or older and eligible for the contest.
2. The giveaway will begin at 3pm CST on the 4th of July 2009 and will finish at 3pm CST 14 July 2009.
3. 10 prizes will be available, 1 per day for each of 10 days of the competition. A winner will be chosen at the end of each of the 24 hour periods starting at 3pm CST each day. The winner will be announced after the close of each day from the Atamaii.com Twitter account shortly after the close.
4. The prize is a Wizards of Waverly Place Alex Russo Fashion Gift Set doll by Mattel. We will have your prize shipped directly to your door anywhere in the world. You must prove ownership of the winning entry and the shipping address. We will send the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
5. To enter the competiton you must send out a tweet from your own twitter account and include #Atamaii in your message. The rest of the message is up to you, and you are most welcome to retweet our competition launch tweet and the prize URL address. Or you can just tweet whatever you feel like. No purchase is required to enter.
6. You may retweet as many times as you like, but entries using automated tweets will be disqualified. Tweets during separate 24 hour periods will be entered into the competition for that period only, so you can tweet again when one 24 hour period closes and another begins.
7 We will choose a winner randomly from all the entries within a 24 hour period ending at 3pm CST each day. We will then announce the winner on our Twitter account @Atamaii and post the name here. The winner will be randomly chosen from each days tweets with #Atamaii in the message.
8. Contest entrants personal data will be used by Atamaii.com in accordance with Atamaii.com's privacy policy.
9. Neither Atamaii.com nor our affiliated companies shall have any liability for tehcnical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in Internet connections, technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of the competition, and damage to the prizes, any restrictions of delays imposed by any customs authorities and any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority regarding the prizes.
