If you cannot find the answer to your question, or
have any other questions or comments, please feel free to complete the form below. We respond to the vast majority of inquiries within
just a few hours (during business hours), and over 99% of them within
one business day.
Please note: In the
unlikely event that you do not receive a response to your inquiry within
24 hours, please check your Bulk Mail or SPAM folder. If you still do not see a
response from us, please re-send your inquiry, as your e-mail may have
been rejected by our SPAM filter.
Telephone Orders. We currently do not accept telephone
orders. This policy reduces our overhead and allows us to keep our
prices as low as possible. If you prefer to not provide your credit
card information over our secure order system, we can also accept
payment by check or money order. If you prefer to make payment this
way, please select "Bank Check" or "Money Order" as your credit card
type at checkout.

How are merchants rated? |
|
The
Merchant Rating System is an integral part of Yahoo!'s program to
guarantee a positive, high-quality online shopping experience. The
rating system gathers feedback from shoppers about Yahoo! Shopping
merchants and then uses the feedback to determine an overall
rating for that merchant. The system is weighted so that the
merchant's overall rating reflects the majority of customer
ratings. If most customers rate the store positively, the rating
will reflect this. The overall rating is displayed next to the
store name whenever it appears in the Yahoo! Shopping pages. |

5. About Lucky Dog
Lucky was our Yellow Labrador Retriever. She served as an occasional product model, and provided security services for cheap. Recently she began to
suffer from a condition she had, so we made the hard decision to let her go to
doggy heaven. We miss her terribly, but will always remember what a good and
happy dog she was.
